No-Rod Pergola Replacement Cover for Shade and Airflow

The Royal Shade pergola replacement cover is a fabric replacement panel for existing pergola frames. It is made from 260 GSM HDPE shade fabric with grommets every 2 feet for attachment. This version does not include rods, making it a straightforward replacement if you already have zip ties or your own fastening hardware.

Because the HDPE fabric is breathable, air and water pass through. The cover is intended for sun shading, not rain protection. It helps block up to 95% of UV rays while allowing breeze to move through the space.

How to Select the Right Cover

Measure the intended cover width and length, including any planned overhang.
Confirm whether you need a rod pocket version or a simple grommet panel.
Check the color options: Beige, Brown, or Gray.
For larger frames, choose the closest listed size and tension the fabric using the grommets.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this cover keep rain out? No. The breathable fabric allows water to pass through. It is not a waterproof cover.

Will this fit any pergola? It fits many standard metal and wood frames, but you need to measure and compare your frame to the available sizes.

Is hardware included? Rods are not included with this version. You can install the cover through the grommets with zip ties or your own fasteners.
