Royal Shade Pergola Sun Shade Canopy Replacement Cover Commercial Grade 260 GSM Cloth, 8 Sizes, 3 Colors

We used this to replace an old one that was being destroyed by wind. It fit perfectly on our pergola and had plenty of grommets to make the installation neat and secure. I am very pleased with this shade.

I ordered this sunshade to provide shade for my livestock in my portable corrals. The construction of the sunshade is good and I anticipate it holding up well even in windy conditions. I like the reinforced edges with grommets which allow for easy attachment to poles. The high-quality shade fabric, stainless steel weighted rods, and stainless copper grommets make this a very nice sun shade.

Wow! This sunscreen is absolutely fantastic, but I haven't installed it yet - I'll have to wait until spring and I'm heading into winter right now. For reference, I'm comparing the build quality to my previously purchased sail cloth sunshade system that I've been using for the past 10 years and is on its last leg.
This new set seems to be made of much more durable material than my previous sail cloth sunshade. The polyethylene material feels like it will hold up to the elements quite well and the material looks, 'woven', to let some of the light through while blocking most of the heat and UV rays without being like a solid wall. The shade has grommets punched at about every 2 feet and after inspection, I can't find anything wrong with the grommet installation, very nice. The item has weighted rods to place on either end of the shade to help weigh down and secure the ends.
I'm looking forward to installing this on my pergola! FYI, the manufacturer recommends exceeding your overall width by 6 feet to allow about 3 feet of overhang on either side.

This replacement shade is decently made. The fabric is strong and the grommets are holding up thus far. The rods come in several pieces and screw together easily to insert in the ends. We used half clamps to secure to the side of our patio and so far it is holding up well.

This is being used as a curtain on the back patio. I added more grommets along one side and hung from a plumbing pipe to make a curtain. The rods in the ends makes it more stable. It is also secured along the bottom with a long bungee cord to prevent it from blowing up. It works great and is a lot easier than making the curtain myself. It is a replacement for canvas curtains that rot in the sun and heat. This is much better material. This is a great buy and well worth your money!
