**Q:** Do shade sails require maintenance?  

**A:** Yes, but not much. They should be cleaned annually with a garden hose. Periodically, the shade sails should be checked for proper tension and turnbuckles may need to be tightened.

 

**Q:** Is installing a shade sail difficult?  

**A:**Deciding on a design and securing attachment points are usually the most difficult part of a shade sail project. You can see our Youtube channel video “Royal Shade USA” for some guidance on the subject. Sails attached via cabled winch can be incredibly easy to install and take-down even for a single person, with no ladder required.

 

**Q:** A product describet as "available" is actually on stock??  

**A:** If the item is immediately available, it is possible to add it to the cart.
