How To Measure Shade Sail
How to Right Measure: 
1.Determine the Size of Shade Sail Needed, Assess your outdoor space to decide what size shade sail will best fit your needs. 2.Take Stock of Your Installation Hardware Ensure you have the following: Four mounting fixtures (pad eyes or ratchet winch wall mounts) Four linking accessories (turnbuckles, snap hooks) Extension wire ropes if necessary 3.Connect the Shade Sail:Connect one corner of your shade sail to one side of the turnbuckle and attach the pad eye to the other side of the turnbuckle.Repeat for Remaining Corners,Use the remaining turnbuckles and snap hooks from your installation kit to secure the other corners of the shade sail. 4.Tension the Fabric,You may notice wrinkles in the fabric and some sagging. Properly tension your shade sail using the turnbuckles until it is rigid and there are little to no creases.
