[Custom] Cut High Density Foam Cushion - 70D

The upholstery foam arrived folded but bounced back to its shape immediately. It��s comfortable, easy to use, and makes a big difference in restoring older chairs. I found it easy to trim to the precise shape I needed.

In the picture you can see that a box of broth doesn't even make an indentation yet the cushion is very comfortable. A great purchase

This Polyurethane Foam is of professional grade and is really well made. It ships vacuumed sealed but comes to shape quite nicely out the package and ready to use. As an upholsterer I would describe this as medium grade quality due to life expectancy and craftsmanship. This foam offers great support and is easy to cut. It has a mild odor and smells like most upholstery foam.

I ordered this for a mid century dining chair set I'm redoing and I'm quite pleased with it and would highly recommend it.

I wanted an extremely firm cushion to put on a folding chair. I have tried the cushions that are memory foam that are gel that look like the shape of your butt and they're all too soft for me I wanted something really firm but to also be a cushion and this is exactly what I was looking for I just put mine in a pillowcase and put it on the chair works great.

I ordered the 70D foam cushion that is 3 inches thick because it seemed like the right firmness for my needs and wasn't disappointed. The 16x16 dimensions are also plenty large for me to sit on and still have space to adjust if needed. Given the quality and usefulness, I am surprised it was as cheap as it was.

There are quite a few uses I have found for the foam cushion so far, such as making a normal plastic chair more comfortable and further padding my somewhat flat rower seat cushion. It is the right amount of firmness to set on my rower seat that has a saddle ridge in the middle of it, and when I sit on it I feel better cushioning while the bottom of the foam conforms to my rower seat so that it stays in place. I just ordered the square block, but I'm sure that the custom cuts are great too if you have a specific use for it in mind.
